**The role**:
Based in Onehunga, this newly created opportunity is a key leadership role reporting directly to our Supply Chain and Manufacturing Manager. You will have the overall responsibility and accountability for overseeing manufacturing operations and wholesale sales activities within the organization.

Key Aspects include:

- Leading and managing a team of 7
- Managing and identifying opportunities to enhance our manufacturing processes.
- Ensure product quality is at a high standard.
- Emphasis on proactive and effective health and safety practices are adhere too.
- Ensure efficient operations, product availability, and successful customer relationships.
- Developing and executing wholesale sales strategies & business plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Delivering solutions from our customers while driving strategic growth through new and enhanced channels to market such as e-commerce platforms and national coverage.
- Monitor wholesale sales performance and analyse market trends, reporting back to the business.
- Work collaboratively with the supply chain team, Auckland support office and other branches around New Zealand

**Who are we looking for**:

- 3 years of relevant wholesale, trade or manufacturing production experience
- Proven experience in managing, guiding, and coaching a team.
- Previous customer services and sales experience in a similar business-to-business sales environment.
- Intermediate to advanced capability in MS Office, Power Point and Excel.
- A sound understanding of stock management/coordination.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics NAV or similar.
- Able to build a strong rapport with your customers, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability.
- Strong administration skills
- A proactive and forward-thinking mind-set.
- Sound decision making skills.
- Strong ability to prioritise work and effectively manage time.
