We are seeking a flexible and adaptable Director of FP&A to play a crucial role in our global finance team. With a presence in eight entities across NZ, Australia, North America, Europe, and the United Kingdom, this is an excellent opportunity for a talented professional to make a significant impact on our organization.

As the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for collaborating with various departments, particularly revenue and product roadmap teams. Your expertise in evaluating revenue forecasts, understanding cost and margin profiles, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders will be vital to your success in this role. Additionally, you will work closely with the SVP of Finance, the Director of Accounting and Audit, and the Regional Director of Finance USA, ensuring seamless collaboration across different finance functions.

While your primary focus will be on forecasting, planning, and data analysis, you will also contribute to other areas within the finance team, including G&A, business systems, commercial, operational, legal, and compliance. Therefore, you can expect a diverse range of tasks and projects that span multiple areas of expertise.

Key responsibilities will include tracking performance against budget, conducting price and cost analysis, managing costs, forecasting, and cashflow management. You will also play a pivotal role in the annual budget process, OKR and KPI planning and reporting, and contribute to business process and systems improvement initiatives as we move toward IPO readiness.

**OWN the Fianance**
- Evolve and maintain the group financial model in collaboration with the SVP of Finance.
- Review actuals, budgets, and forecasts on a monthly basis, and reforecast subsequent periods.
- Monetize the demand and procurement plans as a member of the S&OP team, overseeing the finance approval process for production cycles.
- Develop financial models for projected revenue and margin, as well as for business scenarios and projects.
- Support the sales teams by creating commercial proposals and models.
- Formulate and report on OKRs and KPIs.
- Manage day-to-day group cashflow and maintain the global cashflow forecast.
- Liaise with regional finance managers and initiate intercompany funds transfers.
- Collate global payment requests and provide recommendations for weekly approvals to the SVP of Finance.
- Aid the SVP of Finance in preparing functional/regional budget templates, budget consolidation, and variance reporting in collaboration with the Director of Accounting and Audit.
- Conduct business analysis to support investment rounds and create pitch decks.
- Perform sales analysis, pricing and margin analysis, COGS analysis, and inventory analysis.
- Drive continuous improvement by mapping business processes, engaging stakeholders, and providing education.
- Contribute to ERP and other business systems implementation, as well as document guidelines and guardrails as required.

- Minimum of 5 years of senior financial FP&A experience.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting systems and processes.
- Experience in products or manufacturing-based businesses.
- Familiarity with multi-entity/country business structures.
- Proven financial modelling experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience with Power BI or similar tools.
- Demonstrated expertise in cashflow management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
