**Associate Director - Wellington Corporate**

We have a unique opportunity for an experienced senior broker to join our Wellington team as an Associate Director in our Wellington Corporate Commercial Broking team.

**About the mahi**

As an Associate Director, you will service a book of Commercial and Corporate clients,
- You will be the key contact and liaison between Aon and the Client
- Provide professional, accurate and efficient response to client needs and servicing client requirements
- Identify opportunities for growth and how we can introduce Aon’s full range of services to our clients
- Management of Client Renewals and preparing and providing premium calculations

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Proven experience in Commercial or Corporate Insurance broking at a Senior Level
- You are required to hold your Level 5 General Insurance qualification
- You will be confident in your communication style, a strong negotiator and have outstanding written and presentation skills
- Though this is not a people leadership position we would be looking for someone with the ability to mentor and support our more junior members of the team
