About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Agile Team Facilitator to join our dynamic team at The Boundary. As a key member of our delivery team, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering exceptional products.
You will work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to launch. Your expertise in agile frameworks will help foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about empowering teams and driving operational excellence. If you have a strong background in agile project management and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities- Delivery Planning: Ensure smooth running of team delivery, drive definition of ready and done, adhering to our practices and processes whilst applying a continuous improvement mindset.
- Product Management Support: Support Product Manager/Owners to implement best practice, especially around grooming and maintaining the product backlog/task list/schedule.
- Agile Event Facilitation: Schedule and facilitate Agile events (pre-planning/sprints), stand-ups, reviews, demos, retrospectives, quarterly planning and coaching team members in applied agile frameworks.
- Reporting and Metrics: Produce and communicate sprint/plan and release reports, backlog documentation, and metrics including sprint/milestone/release status to key stakeholders.
- Burndown and Status Updates: Produce burndowns/status updates in collaboration with Studio Production team across sprints and teams. Monitor progress on jobs to be done and work with the teams to prepare/present corrective action proposals.
- Team Performance and Conflict Resolution: Drive, encourage and foster teamwork while effectively resolving conflicts and removing obstacles that occur, escalating issues appropriately.
- Internal Communication: Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration within the delivery team and across departments. Be the point of contact for key delivery communications, ensuring accurate, effective and timely communication occurs across the Technology and Product teams and stakeholders.
- Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with Programming and Product teams for product delivery, feature release, hotfixes, ticket statuses and change requests, ensuring effective feedback loop with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge Sharing: Guide the delivery team and organisation on how to use work management tools, practices and values to deliver work that delights customers, leading to a higher level of work management maturity.
- 4+ years working as a Scrum Master / Delivery Lead / Agile Project Manager leveraging agile delivery practices, within Product/Digital/Tech/Software company.
- Tertiary Level Degree in Management or similar qualification - preferred.
- Certified Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master.
