**What's the role?**
We have an amazing opportunity for an Agile Team Facilitator to join our large and successful Ways of Working chapter in a company that values your contribution and influence.
You'll directly help members of squads:
- Adopt our ways of working using a mix of Agile, Scrum, Lean and Human-Centered Design methodology
- Help squads grow the right mindsets, building an always learning culture
- Unpick roadblocks, iron out processes, and protect the squad against interruptions and distractions
- Help create an environment where the squad can be effective and happy.
There's a huge focus on relationships - creating robust ones with the squad, the wider tribe, Product and Experience Owners, Delivery Leads, and external people in the business.
**Who are you?**
Naturally outgoing and friendly you quickly build warm and trusting relationships, enjoy interacting with different people, and have tons of emotional intelligence. You've "been there before" so you'll be confident how to navigate through different challenges thrown at you, and you can communicate with the squad with tact, care, and empathy - meeting them where they are and inspiring them to grow.
You love the new, embrace modern ways of working, and get excited about inspiring others and growing their mind-sets. You're always wanting to learn more, focus on how things could be even better next time, and help the squad to think about different ways to tackle problems and learn from them.
**Which skills and experience would be beneficial?**
- Experience acting as a Scrum Master, Squad Master or Agile Team Facilitator
- A huge growth mindset, the desire to role model our ASB mindsets and drive an always learning culture to help the squad talk about successes and learn through failure and mistake opportunities.
- Facilitation, coaching, leadership, or teaching experience would be an asset for things like leading ceremonies, workshop, training and 1 on 1s.
- Creativity and a bit of panache to incorporate innovative ways to run retros, showcases and bring the fun to the squads.
- Most importantly, a can do, let's get into it, give it a go, learn as we grow, infectious positivity that draws others along the journey with you.
