Seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Coach to join our team

At Kiwibank, we’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Agile Delivery Coach who’s excited to join our vibrant team and help us make a real difference for Kiwi.
- What You’ll Do:_
- ** Promote Agile Thinking**: You’ll help us nurture and grow an agile mindset across our Digital & Technology.
- ** Foster Continuous Improvement**: In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our journey towards continuous improvement.
- ** Be a Trusted Advisor**: You’ll be the go-to person for the Head of Digital and Technology Delivery, Lead Delivery Coach, product managers, engineers, and other key stakeholders.

In this role we expect you to bring critical and analytical thinking, an innovative and experimental mindset, strong stakeholder engagement experience and strategic alignment to ensure that Agile practices align with the company’s broader goals.

- Skills and experience we’re looking for:_
- ** Agile Delivery Experience**: 5+ years of hands-on experience in agile and delivery roles, preferably within Financial Services or FinTech with proficiency with various Agile frameworks, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and DevOps. You should be comfortable choosing the right approach for each situation rather than sticking rigidly to one framework.
- ** Tool Proficiency**: Familiarity with Agile tools and technologies such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, or similar platforms to support Agile practices effectively.
- ** Change Management Skills**: Experience in rolling out and managing large-scale changes, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet evolving needs.
- ** Large-Scale Technology Experience**: Proven experience in navigating and managing large-scale technology changes, ensuring successful delivery and integration. You’ll bring hands-on experience in facilitating strategic and design workshops tailored to specific issues, driving creative problem-solving and delivering impactful outcomes.
- ** Facilitation and Training Experience**: Skilled in leading training sessions, workshops, and Agile ceremonies, with a knack for engaging and educating diverse groups.
- ** Certifications**: Relevant certifications like Product Management, Agile Coach or Delivery Management certification.
