Te tūranga - The role The purpose of the Agile Lead role is to support the continued adoption of Agile and maximise the supporting practices, tools, process and mind-sets to deliver high quality software products and services to our customers. This role plays a pivotal role in guiding the Digital Services teams through the development process of Agile methodologies. You will facilitate collaboration, promote adaptive planning, and ensure seamless communication within the team. Ō pūkenga - About you

**As a member of the Delivery Leadership Team, you will**:

- Continue the implementation of the Agile road map, coaching teams to embed Scrum and Kanabn planning and delivery practices.
- Work with product owner(s) and team(s) to adopt skills and process which enable effective planning, sizing, and execution of work packages.
- Facilitate our Big Room Planning.
- Be a JIRA guru, and provide reporting, trend analysis and recommendations to optimise flow of work.
- Create and encourage an ongoing and self-perpetuating understanding of contemporary methodologies and frameworks.
- Create an environment that meaningfully values and promotes autonomy, skill mastery, empowerment, transparency, innovation, and learning.
- Help foster a fail-safe, fail-fast environments.
