We are looking for a Superstar who is willing to join the team for a short 3-4 months period assignment to help with office work between 8 am - 5 pm in the North Shore industry location. Our client offers great pay depending on experience and is a possibility that in the future this short contract may turn into longer cooperation.

**About the role**:

- Assignment 3-4 months
- Helping with admin work for two Admins clerk
- Receiving and redirecting general phone calls
- Reception/mailing/stationary/office essentials orders
- LCL freight arrangements
- Mainchain inwards and outwards order input
- Arrange customer's empty IBC returns
- Backup for sales orders/stock transfers/production orders
- Initiation / update all site records required by company policy/Audit

**About the person**:

- Proven minimum 2 years in vivid administration
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
