**This role**
The opportunity is here for a Programmatic Specialist. In this role you will collaborate with the wider media team and execute digital media campaigns by trafficking, social and programmatic buying, optimising and reporting. Reporting to the Performance Lead and ultimately Head of Digital Planning Media, you will be a key part of a well-oiled machine, responsible for driving the agency’s programmatic and data capabilities, in addition to servicing key clients with data potential.

**What you’ll need to bring to the team**
- You’ll have minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strategic leadership capabilities
- Experience with all programmatic platforms including DV360, TTD, DSP and Ad-Server, Excel
- Operationally savvy
- Proactive, able to seek out opportunities
- Team player with a hunger to continue learning and developing
- Detail orientated, highly accurate
- Good networker, able to establish great collaborative relationships easily and inspire confidence in your peers, building & nurturing strong key stakeholder trust
- Process orientated, able to comfortably juggle a range of tasks and projects
- Positive, friendly, can do attitude - able to cope well with pressure, equally able to have a laugh and contribute to the culture of the team and the wider agency
- You’ll work well both independently and within a team environment contributing to all things FCB

**Key responsibilities include**
- Ad Operations and collaboration with the connections planning team
- Preparation of digital specs, testing against best practice
- Trafficking and monitoring
- Programmatic & Social buying
- Ensuring all IO requirements are correctly implemented in DSP consoles
- Generate & distribute pixels/beacons for DSPs as required
- Track, measure and analyse early post launch campaign activities
- Ensure campaign pacing status is communicated
- Action relevant optimisations daily against client KPI’s
- Generate and deliver performance reports
- Be responsible for the extension of FCB’s programmatic capability across all media platforms (e.g. DOOH) as opportunity enters the market
- Preparing reports on ad campaign performance
