The role

The role sits within Digital Operations and has a strong cross-functional link with the Global Marketing team to deliver best practice Programmatic while providing the foundations for success across all our markets.

We have in-housed our media operations and have a direct GMP contracts with a certified Google Partner, this role will be at the forefront of our digital transformation by developing our programmatic capability through sound strategy and execution transforming our business across all markets.

The Programmatic Specialist is a key player in our digital transformation journey, responsible for crafting and executing programmatic strategies. This role focuses on aligning programmatic, ad operations, and biddable media with our overarching marketing and communications objectives.

You will work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure growth in programmatic omni-channel revenue across both display & video.

About you

You will be a great communicator and collaborator. Building rapport and being an influencer are all key attributes.- In-depth knowledge of DSPs, SSPs, ad servers, programmatic execution, verification partners, and data partnerships- 4+ years of experience working in the programmatic digital media buying & planning space with focus a on programmatic strategy and execution- Must have in-platform execution experience pulling the levers in DSP platforms (GMP)-
- Solid experience with digital ads trafficking is required (Campaign Manager, DV360)- Familiarity with advanced optimization strategies to deliver against standard programmatic KPIs for client satisfaction and budget growth- Ability to maintain a high level of productivity while managing multiple timelines and competing priorities- Analytical aptitude and strong critical thinking skills- Familiarity with DMP and CDP platforms- Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills; able to draw conclusions and with guidance, you will be able to devise strategic recommendations based on findings- Excellent organisation, able to balance client timelines and business needs, possibly across multiple projects.
