**Job Title**: Programmatic Specialist
**Direct Report**: Reporting into Programmatic Manager
Role overview
Working with the Programmatic Manager, you are responsible for the effective day-to-day set-up and optimisation of programmatic and social campaigns. This means you will be on the tools of all biddable and social ad buying, understanding the specific quirks and special instructions for each DSP and social platform (with the support of the Programmatic Manager). For more straightforward day-to-day tasks, you will help the Programmatic Manager utilise and manage our offshoring capabilities.
Beyond the day-to-day platform delivery, you will also help advise the integrated planning team on audience and platform strategies. Ensuring that we get the planning right from the get-go and not recommend things that are not feasible to activate within programmatic and social channels.
From an internal point of view, you will champion the opportunities that programmatic and social channels have to offer within the available media investment. Externally together with the Programmatic Manager and Digital Director, you will help build Platform relationships with key partners such as Facebook and Google as well as local programmatic providers.
With circa 18+ months' experience, your technical in-platform skills and expertise will add value to our digital and data proposition.

Campaign and Always On Management, Stakeholder Management (internal and external), Client Understanding and Team Integration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign and always on management
- Assist with the development of an audience-first strategy across programmatic and social channels -coordinating the integration into the overall media plan.
- Deliver elements of programmatic and social campaign set-up, inclusive of the management of creative tag upload and management, and the generation of tracking pixels.
- . Assist with campaign and always on reporting generation, inclusive of Audience Insights, report pulls and data mining, and site list generation and recommendations.
- . Assist with the strategy for all programmatic and social regular optimisation, ensuring any macro and micro optimisations fit back to the campaign or always on objectives.
- . Assist with the financial management of all programmatic and paid social media investment, ensuring that all OMG financial system requirements are adhered to.
- . Ensure your ongoing learning of new and existing technology platforms, ensuring you are up-to-date and make relevant recommendations at all times.
- Work collaboratively with other performance specialisms i.e Search and Data Analytics to ensure delivery within programmatic, synergises with broader strategies and activations.

- Build collaborative and fair relationships with Programmatic and Social platforms; always treating them with respect and adhering to the criteria that supports the Hearts & Science Philosophy.
