Financial Administrator/bookkeeper

Day to day tasks will include:

- Keeping financial records using MS Excel on computer,
- monitoring cash flow
- Doing a weekly pay-role
- preparing and producing financial statements, and expense reports using software such as Xero,
- preparing invoices,
- reconciling accounts against monthly bank statements
- verifying recorded transactions and reporting irregularities to management
- Will be required to prepare business reports profit and loss statements for GST and tax purposes,

Hours per week - minimum 32 hrs
Number of worker required - 1
Job Type - Full time, Permanent,
Salary - $30 - $32.00
