This is a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team that produces salads, soups, sandwiches, coffee, cakes and more. We have a strong focus with a lot of regular loyal customers as well as a busy lunch trade. This job would suit someone willing to sink their teeth into something and treat it like their own business.
The role involves getting to know regular customers, staff rostering, open and close shifts, till reconciliation, stock control, ordering, and, maintaining the venues high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Have 2 years or more prior management experience in a busy cafe/restaurant environment
- Prior experience with making food, experiences with soups and salad is a bonus
- Good to have barista experience
- Able to work 6 days week (includes Saturday and Sundays)
- Good understanding of baking
- Able to follow Food Control Plan and can follow food safety instructions
- Be highly organised and clean
- Be able to motivate a team to achieve goals
- Bring the vibe Be energetic and engaging with staff and customers
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- A can do attitude
- Must be able to work on the public holidays
- Mange alongside caf owner, the finance performance revenue of the cafe
- Social media marketing

**Salary**: $28.00 $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Shift work
- Monday to Sunday

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
