**What will you do?**

We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Café Team Lead to join our team and oversee the operations of our Ryman Construction site cafes, ensuring the service and food that we provide to our site-based teams is of the highest quality

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Leading our various construction cafés
- Ensuring construction cafés are staffed; managing café rosters, approving leave and organising temporary staff as required
- Negotiating, coordinating, and communicating with suppliers to ensure the food/drink quality is of a high standard
- Ensuring all construction cafes comply with food control plans and food safety requirements
- Creating and maintaining processes and manuals; ensuring café team members are aware of, and follow all café procedures
- Weekly reporting on the cafes, and other reporting as required
- Managing the setup of new café sites as required, including engaging with external architects, tendering work, project scheduling and coordinating café construction works on site
- Actively seeking feedback from onsite customers and site management to ensure continuous improvement
