Our Client in New Plymouth, Taranaki looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Cafe Manager for joing thire Team.

The role is a permanent full time position with some overtime occasionally, to meet seasonal demand, and includes weekend work and occasional evenings.

Minimum 30 hours gurenteed.
- Working with an existing Food Control Plan
- Rostering of staff
- Ensuring that all compliance requirements of the cafe are adhered to.
- Strive to achieve revenue budget and cost of sale %
- Cafe stock control - stock take, ordering, etc.
- Cash/EFTPOS handling of transactions.
- Organisational, time management, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to be flexible and work well under pressure
- Good oral and written communication skills

**Job Requriement**
- Friendly manner and exceptional customer service skills
- Any Qualification in Business Management
- Bristat Qualification or Experience in Barista is prepored.
- Front house & cafe in house work management handling.
- Making coffee is an essential part of this role.
