About the role:


We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Regional Change & Adoption Specialist to join our team on a permanent full-time basis.

This role will be based in
-
Christchurch, with regional travel required.


Reporting to the Change & Adoption Lead, you will be responsible for landing change initiatives to meet their objectives, focusing on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology.

This role will work closely alongside the branch leadership teams to implement plans to improve adoptions across the branch. all whilst working towards a standardised Way of Working.


You will be involved in implementing the agreed change management strategies and plans, as well as ways to drive higher utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impacts our teams.

These improvements will increase benefit realisation, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.

About you:


Utilising your experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools, you will take personal accountability for actions and results whilst going the extra mile to deliver.

Your ability to successfully develop and maintain personal credibility with stakeholders will allow you to easily influence and persuade without power, through effective communication.

Your proven experience in problem solving and root cause identification gained across Retail, Wholesale or Distribution, along with your agile mindset with a desire for continuous improvement, will set you up for success in this dynamic role
