**About the role**:
We have an opportunity for a Programme Coordinator to join us, you'll be responsible for providing project administration and coordination support to achieve the strategic objectives of Genesis' development initiatives including solar, wind and other commercial development opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Genesis' generation portfolio and to work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Actively support the successful delivery of programmes of work and ensures that agreed deliverables are completed to scope, within approved budget and agreed time frames.
- Coordinate a range of internal and external resources to complete required tasks. Including securing the commitment and contribution from resources and raising any identified resource constraints for resolution.
- Prioritise tasks and competing deadlines to ensure key deliverables are met.
- Support the Commercial Development team in developing and implementing systems and processes to ensure Genesis' obligations under Joint Venture and commercial agreements are met.
- Complete routine monthly tasks for commercial development processes including invoice and payment coordination, filing and reporting.
- Ensure that good project assurance is carried out, including escalating events, issues and risks as appropriate.

**About you**:

- 3-5 years project management, coordination or administration experience.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and resources on projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong relationship management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to be flexible and respond to changing requirements, multiple stakeholders, conflicting constraints and competing priorities.

As well as the above, you'll be a natural communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
