We are looking for a Programme Manager for one of our clients in Hamilton, New Zealand.

**Short Description**:
Suppose your passion is to work with program planning, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Then this role is for you.

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain the overall program plan, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure project plans align with the overall program delivery, goals, and objectives.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Present programme to the program steering group - project performance KPI's, risk, issues, decisions etc.
- Monitor program performance metrics and adjust program plans as needed.
- Ensure program compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
