**Job Description**:

Join our passionate buying team as a Senior Buyer (Chapter Member - Buying) for our women’s Footwear and Accessory categories. This role is critical to our success and your key responsibilities are complex and exciting We're looking for someone who understands the customer and market, with a flair for spotting emerging trends and translating them into aspirational collections without compromising on the technical & design elements.

You will have the opportunity to truly make and influence decisions that create value for our customers and drive commercial results.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate across departments, from design to marketing, ensuring a cohesive and compelling product offering.
- Your design-focused lens and ability to spot emerging trends will be pivotal in curating commercial ranges that resonate with our diverse customer base.
- Strategic planning and delivery of critical paths, product lifecycle and activations
- Deep-diving into sales data, analysing trends, and drawing actionable insights. Report findings to stakeholders, providing valuable information that shapes our business strategies.
- Work closely with sourcing and suppliers to meet our customers’ needs

To be successful for this role you will have:

- Proven commercial success

as a buyer
- Technical knowledge/design experience

in footwear is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid category management

experience within retail
- Experience developing branded and
