**About the Role**:
As a Clinic Manager at Laser Clinics Bayfair, you'll be the driving force behind your team's success. Your role involves leading, coaching, and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results for our clients:

- Lead and treat in skin, laser and Institut
- Ensure that financial budgets for sales, conversion, product attachment and labour productivity are achieved
- Continually assess the performance of each treatment category within the clinic (laser, skin, inject and body) and create action plans to address any areas of underperformance
- Manage and coach your team members to achieve and exceed their agreed KPIs
- Plan and manage staffing requirements of the business to ensure adequate coverage and labour productivity
- Drive a culture of feedback and continuous performance improvement across the team by assessing skills gaps, putting in place tailored training plans for team members and managing performance
- Manage the timely submission and accuracy of all financial areas of the business including payroll, time and attendance and invoice payments
- Drive the operational excellence of the clinic and lead day-to-day retail disciplines (end of day, stocktake, roster optimisation etc)

**ABOUT YOU**
- Formal Beauty qualification (minimum Level 4)
- Ideally 1-2 years of minimum experience in team leadership
- Proven capability to motivate staff to achieve KPI targets
- Ability to work in a very high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive a positive team culture
- High computer literacy
