**WELLINGTON BASED FULL TIME TECHNICAL ASSISSTANT ROLE**

**MONDAY - FRIDAY BUSINESS HOURS**
- The engineering team at Platinum are excited to be on the hunt for a TECHNICAL ASSISTANT for this busy & varied role within an engineering projects team in Wellington. We are after a project expediter with an eye for detail & professional communication style. This is a desk-based role but a background in engineering & projects will be very valuable._

**THE ROLE**:
There are 3 main facets to this role:
ASSET MANAGEMENT - FINANCE - PROJECT ADMIN

Assisting the Asset Manager in this busy role, you will be report writing, documenting project progress/delays; communicating with stakeholders; financial invoicing; organising systems & procedures; writing SOPs; planning & scheduling.

You will enjoy the stability that comes with working for an international employer with branches worldwide. Monday - Friday business hours, working for an essential engineering industry in our communities. This would suit Graduates from many backgrounds, wishing to utilise their project planning & scheduling skill set along with their eye for detail in report writing.

**THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE**:

- Tertiary Qualified: Engineering/ Science/ Technical/ Finance
- Experienced with data analysis/ report writing, project planning
- Professional communications - verbal & written
- Experienced with MS Projects, MS Office & Google Suite
- Proficient commercial & financial acumen
- Natural head for organising, planning & good time management
- Experience working with process & workflow management
- Proactive approach with a sense of humour
