**About the role**:
We are looking for Inbound Sales Representatives to join the Residential Sales Team in Hamilton. This role will mainly respond to our customers who call Genesis for their needs.

This is a full-time or part-time permanent role. The team is available between 8am and 7pm Monday - Friday and Saturday from 9am to 3pm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Convert calls from existing and new customers into sales
- Identify and maximise up-selling opportunities to existing clients
- Meet hourly, daily, weekly and monthly sales targets, as well as other set KPIs & other performance metrics

**About you**:
We are looking for someone who is passionate about sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be hungry to achieve targets and reap the financial rewards.
- Target-driven sales experience in a face-to-face, phone-based or chat environment
- A passion for sales and customer service skills
- Can-do attitude with the resilience to just keep making sales after a rejection
- Speedy typing abilities and the ability to pick up new systems

**The salary & benefits**:
