**About the role**

We are recruiting for an energetic and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is based in our Ōtepoti Dunedin office and is a great opportunity to advance your knowledge and career as you become involved in all administrative aspects of our busy office.
The role will include organising and managing catering and events, reception cover, deliveries, booking our travel and accommodation, finance support and general administrative duties like scanning, photocopying, ordering supplies, and supporting any office projects.
