Dunedin, New Zealand MTF Finance Full time

Provide professional and proactive sales administration support to the remote sales team of MTF Finance.

**About the role**:
This role needs to understand key stakeholder relationships (Franchisees and Dealers) and manage these in a way that enhances the organisational brand. This extends to communication and responsiveness to ensure others see us as effective, approachable, and credible representatives of MTF Finance.

Internally at National Office, the Sales administrator will be a key conduit for the wider sales team. Strengthening positive and constructive relationships with other teams and functions will be a key requirement.

**Just some of the things you’re responsible for**:

- Act as an extension to the Sales Managers, contacting franchisees and dealers on their behalf to confirm RSVPs for workshops and events.
- Manage regular monthly deliverables ensuring all stakeholders are aware of deadlines. Contact clients to obtain missing information.
- Assist Sales Managers in the preparation of regular documentation and general admin tasks.
- Manage the sales pipeline board, ensuring accurate status reporting.
- Act as key conduit and connector between National Office and Sales Team, ensuring great communication.
- Update and maintain customer records.
- Compile monthly sales reports.

**You’ll need to have**:

- Previous experience in a sales administration, or similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communications skills (verbal and written).
- Good time-management skills and the ability to problem-solve and multi-task.
- Competent in Microsoft Office, with an ability to quickly grasp new systems.
- Strong ability to meet deadlines.
