Our client, a prestigious leader among Independent schools in Australasia, is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resource Business Partner. We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Human Resource Business Partner to join our team at our Remuera location. As a Human Resource Business Partner, you will play a vital role in providing strategic HR support and guidance to our managers and employees.

**Remuera location**
**Salary Range**: $125,000 - $130,000 (pro rata) based on FTE 0.5 or 0.8**

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrating a high-level understanding and experience within generalist HR, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, and HR policies and procedures.
- Utilizing your university education in Human Resources or a related field to provide a solid foundation in HR principles and practices.
- Leveraging your 5+ years of experience working at the HR Business Partner level to engage in strategic HR planning, partner with senior leaders, and provide comprehensive HR support to managers and employees.
- Utilizing your background, ideally within the School Education sector, to understand and address the unique HR challenges and requirements specific to educational institutions.
- Exhibiting exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels, build strong relationships, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and influence decision-making processes.
- Demonstrating exceptional organization skills, proactively engaging with managers, setting up meetings, and providing ongoing support and guidance. Meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
