This organisation has been around since 2002 and works with more than 13,000 disabled people and their families across the wider Auckland region from Mercer to Wellsford.

As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administration support to internal and eternal stakeholders, and to ensure quality information is provided, to enable our client to provide the best possible service.

**3-Month Temporary Contract**

**Start Date: 13th of May**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Ensure all administration activities relating to service delivery are carried out promptly, effectively and efficiently
- Ensure correspondence and documentation are maintained and accurately recorded in all required mediums
- Undertake reception duties, ensuing security and health & safety procedures are followed
- Coordinate meetings as required
- Assist with the completion of the day
- to
- day facilities operations including security swipe administration
- Maintain printing, stationery, courier, beverage and induction materials
- Booking meetings and organizing travel when required

**Requirements Include**:

- At least 2 years experience in reception/administration preferred
- Valid full or restricted driver's license
- Experience working in Health/Disability sector
- Highly organized and competent intermediate Microsoft Suite skills
- Excellent communication skills and well presented
