**Key Responsibilities**:

- **New Business Acquisition**: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the digital marketing landscape (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.).
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet their goals.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the marketing and account management teams.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing tools to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Proposal and Contract Management**: Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts that address client needs, aligning them with our digital marketing services.
- **Lead Generation**: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, partnerships, cold outreach, and attending industry events.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to ensure successful client onboarding and campaign execution.
- **KPI and Performance Tracking**: Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights on progress toward sales targets and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
- Understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
- Existing network of clients or industry contacts.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
