In this role you will be providing proactive, high quality administrative support to assigned Sector Leaders in Auckland. While this role will have elements of core PA duties, you will be working across the wider Sector group to provide a variety of administrative duties that ensure that our Sector Directors continue to deliver quality results to our clients and industry partners.

In this role you will demonstrate a sound work ethic, strong communications skills, ability to work in an exciting but ever-changing environment as well as a positive attitude.

**In this role you will be tasked with**:

- Developing strong relationships with both the Sector Directors and their respective teams
- Fostering collaboration across the business and encouraging a strong team-based culture
- Understanding strategic priority issues, researching and preparing background material where necessary
- Assisting with general administration processes i.e., expense management
- Event management
- Liaising with our internal Client Managers to produce clear and consistent presentations on brand
- Liaising with our key external clients (and their EA's), in the leaders' absence and create networks across the Sectors
- Negotiating, influencing and anticipating the requirements of the team
- Prioritizing and reacting to issues that arise during the day whilst keeping calm and professional in demanding situations
- Assist with travel and accommodation arrangements and logistics as required
- Supporting other Business Services staff with onboarding, client and staff events

**About you**
- Success in this role requires strong communication and organisation skills, with high professional standards and excellent attention to detail
- Proven exceptional experience with MS-Office suite
- Sound business acumen, versatile and a quick learner
- Experience in the creation and analysis of financial and business performance reports (financial literacy will be beneficial).
- Display integrity and initiative
- Display strong collaboration skills and build strong networks
