As part of our Portfolio Management Office (PMO) team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality management and delivery of programmes and projects that deliver to our vision.

As a Principal Advisor, you'll directly support our programme and project managers to transform neighbourhoods and create vibrant spaces for everyone to enjoy. If you're ready to bring your expertise to the table and be part of something truly impactful, then we would love to hear from you.

Day-to-day you could expect to:

- Provide expert advice and guidance to our leadership and project teams to ensure we are making informed decisions and meeting best practice project management standards.
- Prepare and deliver training and coaching to individuals and teams across the organisation.
- Develop, refine and maintain our systems and tools that support portfolio, programme, and project management, including our Project Management Framework and Sentient PPM system.
- Provide high-quality portfolio, programme, and project reporting to ensure effective performance monitoring and business planning.
- Lead the continuous improvement of our portfolio, programme, and project management activities.

**He kōrero mōu: About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Formal portfolio, programme or project management training (e.g. Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (PMP/PgMP/PfMP) and/or Accredited agency certification (MoP/MSP/Prince2/Managing Benefits), Advanced, Practitioner or equivalent, and/or Business Case Practitioner.
- 10+ years’ experience of day-to-day management in a project or programme environment.
- Experience in leading teams.
