Our client is a small family run business who repair, service and sell brass and woodwind musical instruments. They pride themselves on the beautiful and unique imports from all over the globe
Run on passion and skills, they are leaders in the international market and have seen extensive growth in the 40 years they have been in business.
**The role**:
We are seeking an administrator to help support the E-commerce side of the business. This role covers a variety of tasks such as updating social media accounts, website updates, inventory administration and keeping in touch with their loyal customers.
- Using WooCommerce (a plug in for WordPress) to update website information
- Creating and publishing online website content
- Designing and sending the monthly customer newsletter (using Mailchimp)
- Updating inventory on the online store
- Creating engaging content for the business social media
- Supporting the team with packing orders when required
**Start date and hours**:
- Confident working on systems such as Mailchimp and WordPress - WooCommerce
- Proven experience with EDM’s, Social media and updating websites
- Experience using Microsoft Suite and Xero would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
