**Senior Agile Coach**

**Here's what you'll do in this job**:

- Deliver amazing outcomes aligned to 2degerees' strategic goals, for each other and for our customers
- Educate and coach business leaders and their teams in agile ways of working
- Work with business leaders to grow delivery agility and alignment across different business groups
- Foster an improvement mindset across teams and wider organisation
- Empower and support business groups to implement changes effectively
- Continuously look for and implement improvements to the organisations processes to improve agility without sacrificing quality

**Show us your different sides too**:
A solid background in leading organisational agility change, you will be a confident communicator and have the bility to build relationships high in trust and influence. You will be an experienced practitioner of LEAN and agile techniques with the ability to adapt your coaching style to suit your audience.

You will proactively contribute to our Community of Practice to develop the Agility Enablement team into a centre of enablement for 2degrees by being a true ways of working champion. Challenging the status quo will come naturally to you and you'll be comfortable continuously driving agility within the business.
