New Zealand Country Road Group Full time

As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that all our store, support centre and fulfilment centre employees are paid correctly and on-time, you will support a portfolio across our business the Country Road Group.

We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual with high attention to detail and accuracy in processes, we are looking for curious minded and passionate payroll professionals to be part of our journey as we continue to drive and transform the Payroll function.

With a hybrid mix of time at home as well as our corporate office in Burnley, this role will suit an analytical, process orientated and people focused payroll professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

**Note: This is a 9 month fixed term contract**

**Who are we looking for?**

Experience in a high-volume payroll function, preferably within a retail environment

Experience with PayGlobal or Empower payroll systems will be highly regarded

Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills including V-look ups and formulas

An appreciation for and ability to interpret Retail/Industry Award and EBAs

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

Strong communication skills with customer service ethos
