**The person we are looking for***:
We are looking for a person who has previous experience working with Chep/Loscam pallet control. Although prior experience in pallet control is preferred, we will also consider applicants who have a genuine interest in our role and are keen on making their career in the transport industry.

This role also has a component of Key Account administration in it, so we are looking for a person who is passionate about problem solving and keeping customers happy.

**To be considered, you should possess the following attributes**:

- Be a highly organised individual who is able to prioritise their workload effectively
- Displays strong attention to detail and desire to deliver to standards of excellence
- Possesses a high level computer literacy especially with Microsoft Excel
- A team player who is also self-motivated and can work autonomously
- Show an engaging, professional and respectful interpersonal style of dealing with the broad range of staff and customers
- Possess strong verbal communication skills and specifically, a professional, articulate and polite telephone manner
- Have experience dealing with customers including handling difficult customers and problem solving.

**What will you be doing?**

You will be responsible for all things Pallets - transfers, pallet counts, returns, liaising with customers on their agreements and any discrepancies, and working with our drivers and despatchers on the de-hiring of pallets.
