**The Project**

CPB Contractors has been selected by Rau Paenga (Formerly known as Ōtākaro Ltd) to deliver the Christchurch Parakiore Sports and Recreation Centre. This will be the largest aquatic and indoor recreation and community venue in New Zealand. The three-building facility will cater to local and international events, with construction including a 10-lane competition pool with seating for 1,000 spectators, swim leisure area, nine indoor netball and basketball courts and a show court with retractable seating for 2,500 spectators. This project continues CPB Contractors’ long track record of delivering important infrastructure in New Zealand

**Your Opportunity**

We are looking for a Document Controller to cover parental leave from July 2024 to February 2025 who has what it takes to thrive in their role as part of a complex, largescale project. You will be reporting to the Senior Quality Advisor and contributing to the effectiveness of the project by providing effective document and data control services that ensure project management records and management system documentation are integrated, accessible, timely, collected and filed.

You will have strong organisational skills and be a team player, you will enjoy being at the heart of things, take pride in the fact you know exactly where documents are and be the expert that works closely with other team members across the project to ensure they have the information they need.

Minimum requirements for this role include:

- Experience with Aconex would be preferred, especially in managing workflows
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administration or coordination role
- Experience in a Document Control position or the Construction industry would be advantageous
- Attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
