**Administrator - Site Operations (Part-time)**
- We are looking for an experienced, reliable and enthusiastic Administrator with a positive and friendly attitude to join our Site Operations team based at Lincoln. _

**About the opportunity**

**This position is** _permanent, part-time (22.5 hours per week, 9:30am to 2:00pm Monday to Friday) reporting to the Site Operations Manager and is based at our Lincoln site. You will provide a wide range of site operations services to our staff and visitors including reception services, ordering of consumables, keeping kitchen and meeting areas presentable and booking travel amongst other duties. Most importantly, you will need to embody our core values with staff and visitors alike._

**About you**

With at least three years' experience working in an administrative and or coordinating role in an office environment, you will demonstrate a positive, proactive and flexible approach to your work. Your professional and welcoming manner and excellent interpersonal skills will allow you to build and maintain good relationships with staff, visitors and contractors. Your accuracy to detail coupled with a high degree of computer literacy including Office 365 will lead to great customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality administrative services. Ideally, you will have some experience of delivering site operations support services.
