**Te**kōwhiringa | The Opportunity**

As Asphalt Plant Administrator, you will play a fundamental support role to our asphalt plants in the Lower North and South Islands. In this busy and varied role, you will be tasked with ensuring administration functions are carried out to a consistently high level of service whilst striving for continuous improvement in our systems and processes.
- Duties include: _
- Processing purchase orders, invoices and payments
- Timely and accurate data entry and cost monitoring, ensuring costs are posted to the correct cost codes
- Providing administration and coordination support for day-to-day operations
- Champion a Zero Harm culture by promoting and adhering to health and safety policiesProvide support to colleagues within the hub model as required

**Nga pūkenga matua | Important Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and friendly approach
- Previous experience in a high-volume administrative role
- The flexibility to adjust daily tasks to align with business needs
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (essential)
- Knowledge and experience of JD Edwards, Speedscan, and Microsoft SharePoint is advantageousFull Class 1 Drivers Licence is desirable but not essential
