You will be joining one of three 3 paving crews which consist of 10 - 12 people. These crews are skilled in asphalt and work the majority of the time on public roads and motorways which means you can spend 50% of the time on nightshift.

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Prior experience operating heavy machinery or similar industry experience
- Experience operating pavers, rollers or paving experience is desirable
- Full licence including WTR or willingness to obtain this
- Flexible, committed and reliable
- Previous industry experience advantageous

This is a full time, permanent role working a minimum of 40 hours to a maximum of 70 hours per week. Competitive hourly rate on offer between $35-$42 an hour.
