**The Role**
- Preferably 4+ years Salesforce Engineering experience, working in Scrum/Agile environments, including at least 1 year in a Consulting environment.
- Able to demonstrate strong skills in Apex coding and Object Oriented design patterns and practices.
- Salesforce certification - at least Platform Developer Level 1.
- Preferred domain experience in Sales and Service Cloud. Retail and Financial services would be a bonus. Working on complex Salesforce projects.
- Preferably some exposure to CI/CD and DevOps around the Salesforce platform
- Proven experience guiding technical design to ensure good engineering practices. Including estimating technical and development effort based on requirements.
- Able to demonstrate knowledge of where to leverage functional features of Salesforce as part of proposing a design approach
- Proven experience managing all manner of stakeholders internally & externally. Your communication and collaboration skills will be just as important as the technical work you do.
- Able to effectively explain recommendations to other members of the delivery team as well as technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
