Based in Auckland, the Office Manager position requires someone to have can do attitude and focus on details. The position requires to follow standard operating procedures, carry out instructions as detailed in the risk management and adhere to the quality system and procedures. All activities must be conducted in a manner that ensures compliance with relevant legislation and codes of practice.

Day to day responsibilities include:
Keep up with office work, pay rolls, invoices, bills receivable, payables etc
- Meeting out people issuing quotes, take the instructions
- Attention to detail to ensure following quality requirements and standard operating procedures
- Completing quality and process documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance.
- Maintaining very high levels of health and safety procedure

Key skills and experience required:

- Supportive team member who is flexible, adaptable and self-motivated.
- Proactive, can-do attitude, problem solving oriented
- Excellent planning, personal organization, technical skills
- Good level of fitness
- Effective communication skills and personal safety awareness.
- Good verbal and written communication skills

**Job Type**: Permanent and ongoing

Pay Rate: $ 30.00 - $31.00 per hour

Shift: 8 hours per week

**Salary**: $29.66 - $31.00 per hour
