**About the Role**
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Payroll Officer to join our dedicated team based in Rotorua.

**About you**- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Payroll roleExperience with computerised payroll systems and processes; high level of computer literacy skills (including advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Outlook along with data entry skills)-
- Proven ability to cope under pressure with a high volume of work-
- High degree of numeracy skills and time data calculations with accuracy and attention to detail-
- Ability to set own priorities and meet deadlines without the need for constant supervision-
- Good analytical, interpersonal, and problem solving skills-
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality-
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills together with the ability to manage queries fro mcustomers in a professional and efficient manner.-
- Competency with te ao Māori, tikanga, and te reo Māori or a commitment to starting your journey and taking ownership of your learning and growth- **Salary range**
Band 4 Step 1 of the PSA Administration and Clerical pay scale
