- Salary range starting at $146,874, negotiable by skills and experience Tēnei tūranga - About the Role: We are looking for Transformation Lead who will bring their procurement commercial expertise to support the transformation of the construction sector. You will be part of the Leadership team of the Accord Transformation Unit reporting to the Director Construction Sector Accord. The role will work with industry and agency partners to lead the design and development of initiatives alongside the Accord teams. You will use your effective influencing skills to drive transformation.

In this role, you have an opportunity to be part of Aotearoa’s Construction industry transformation programme to lead change and action across the sector with your thought leadership and sector expertise. You will work with a dynamic and talented team to plan, design and deliver tangible and connected initiatives across the Transformation Plan to achieve the goals, principles and vision of the Accord.

- Proven experience as a leader in the construction sector
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in commercial and procurement
- Experience within Project and Programme Management
- Solid understanding of public sector processes and policy
