**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Payroll Management**: Process and manage payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- **Accounts Accrual and Cash Flow**: Monitor and manage accounts accrual and cash flow, ensuring timely payments and accurate financial records.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management, providing insights into financial performance and forecasts.
- **Office Management**: Oversee daily office operations, including supplies management, facility maintenance, and administrative support.
- **Resourcing**: Collaborate with producers to manage and allocate resources effectively, ensuring project deadlines and budget requirements are met.
- **Basic HR Functions**: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the accounts team and producers to support financial planning and project management.
You have:
- Self-management skills
- Previous minimum 3 years experience in a relevant d field OR a relevant Bachelor's degree qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilience with a can-do attitude Goal-oriented and strong work ethics
