**About this Opportunity**
The purpose of this role is to analyse, execute and communicate the requirements of allocating warehouse managed inventory into assigned stores, ensuring all assigned stores are receiving the right inventory, in the right quantities in a timely manner to achieve sales, stock turn and in-stock objectives.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Create new season allocation plans in line with store grading framework and store performance for review
- Pre-empt, monitor, and adjust model stock and replenishment plans for assigned stores, responding to trading conditions and forecasts in merchandise plan
- Manage and balance new season styles against previous season
- Executes adjustments to replenishment schedule and in-store stock levels during peak trading periods and promotions
- Assists Planning and Merchandise teams with analysis to support forecasting requirement
- Monitors fast and slow selling lines to best optimize sell-through rates and prioritise products to stores and channels of need
**To be successful in this role**
- Strong technical skills, including an advanced level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel
- An understanding of how retail operates would be highly advantageous, this could have come through retail work during your studies
- A strong ability to learn and pick up new technologies with ease
- You will be a motivated self-starter with the ability to prioritise your work
- You will be a strong communicator and understand how to work cross-collaboratively with other teams and functions within the workplace
