Furthermore, the Integration and Delivery function carries responsibility for various elements of PMO functions, spanning from the PMO Centre of Excellence to the actual delivery function within each region.
As our Testing Team Lead, you'll be at the helm of the technical support function, guiding a dedicated team and their activities. You'll also take the reins of the budget allocated to the function, ensuring resources are optimally used to achieve our objectives and support the broader Data and Digital team.
Within the Testing team, you'll find a group of senior/test analysts, each contributing to the greater mission of the Data and Digital department. Your primary goal is to guarantee the delivery of reliable, high-quality software products. This means fostering collaboration, continuously enhancing testing processes, and championing best practices.
**Mōu | About you**
You're not just a leader, you're a mentor who motivates, inspires and fosters growth within your team. This coupled with your expertise in delivering testing excellence and guiding others on testing methodologies, requirements, and approaches makes you the ideal person to drive our team's success.
You have a commitment to service excellence and a knack for engaging with strategic vendors at various levels and building trusted stakeholder relationships.
Above all, you're dedicated to creating a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where knowledge sharing and professional growth are encouraged. Te Whatu Ora supports flexible and hybrid working for our kaimahi. In roles that don't require an in-person element, we encourage you to ‘work from where you are.' We want our national teams to be made up of diverse people from across the motu, just like our health system.
**Tō mātou whakahaere ki te tika, te rerekētanga, me te whai wāhi mai |Our commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion**
Our name, Te Whatu Ora, means ‘the weaving of wellness'. Whatu is the combining together of people, resources, organisations, thoughts and actions for the betterment and wellbeing of all. Whatu is also a direct reference to the pupil of the eye, and the vision required of the new entity and system.
At Te Whatu Ora we acknowledge and respect our people's diversity and spiritual needs, ensuring a safe workplace that is a whānau orientated and supportive environment. We are working towards a system that better meets the complex demands of a growing population, addresses the persistent inequalities experienced by Māori and ensures greater access, experience and outcomes for those traditionally not well served by the system - Māori, Pacific and Disabled People.
