As the Business Analysis Team Lead - Te Waipounamu, you will lead, motivate, and nurture a team of skilled Business Analysts while fostering their growth in the field of business analysis. You will play a pivotal role in providing suitable resource capability to enable the successful delivery of approved programmes and projects aligned to agreed practices and methodologies. - Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Excel, or data visualisation tools.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
