**Front Office Manager**
This position reports directly to the General Manager. You will thrive in a busy environment and enjoy supporting and developing a team.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Mentor and train the team to deliver the highest quality of guest service throughout all moments of the guest experience.
- Manage all guest loyalty, feedback and recognition programs with the support of the General Manager.
- Balance of operational tasks and key administration tasks-including reporting, invoice approvals, rostering, implementation of policies and procedures, recruitment and performance reviews.
- Close liaison with the Revenue and Reservations teams to ensure consistent communication, and accurate guest booking information.
**SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS**
- Have previous experience in a similar role and capacity
- Must hold a FULL New Zealand driver’s license
- Strong Opera knowledge
- Have a personable and enthusiastic nature, with the ability to instill this culture within the team
- Immaculate personal presentation and high level of communication -both verbal & written
- Be computer savvy -particularly with Excel and Microsoft Outlook
- Have strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop your team.
- NZ citizen, permanent resident or hold a current and valid work visa/permit.
