The IST Group is at the forefront of delivering and providing guidance around information systems, technology and communication services to key parliamentary entities including Parliamentary Service and The Office of the Clerk. In the Website Delivery Manager role, you'll assume leadership of our website delivery team, comprising of a high-performing and talented team of developers, testers and analysts.
Mō te tūnga - About the role
As our Website Delivery Manager, you'll step into a pivotal role in driving the continuous improvement of our Parliament website. This is a highly collaborative role where you'll work closely with our product teams to design, develop, deploy, and maintain our website. You'll focus on cohesive user journeys, timely delivery, high quality and customer satisfaction. In this role, you'll need to balance being both a technology and a people leader. You'll support, develop and enable your team to deliver on key organisational outcomes including the success of our digital presence and the enhancement of our overall user experience.
Ngā haepapa - Responsibilities

**Your responsibilities will include the following**:

- Leading the development, delivery and support of exceptional customer experiences through our Parliament website
- Evaluating and recommending customer-centric technologies and partners
- Overseeing product lifecycle, coordinating IT integration with cross-functional teams
- Fostering a collaborative environment, and ensuring team success
- Coaching and mentoring members of your team
- Monitoring IT solutions, identifying improvements, assessing effectiveness, providing ongoing support, staying updated on industry trends, and recommending tools
- Ensuring team budget compliance with Parliamentary financial systems

The appointing salary range for this role is $119,351 to $151,366 per annum. Appointments will be based on skills and experience (please note, the full salary range extends beyond this to allow for tenure progression).
