**Customer Account Manager - FSSI**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and results-driven Customer Account Manager to join our team in Christchurch. As a Customer Account Manager at DKSH NZ, you will play a critical role in managing customer accounts and driving sales for allocated brands in the South Island.

Key Responsibilities:

- Full brand category management in the Grocery FSSI sector, working closely with the Senior CAM Manager and Regional Sales Manager
- Daily oversight of Trents and OTS South Island business, including NPD presentations, promotional programme management, and effective communication with field teams
- VMI responsibilities involving stock level management and ensuring accurate and timely FSSI DC orders through effective use of VMI reporting systems
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients/customers, meeting or exceeding financial targets, and identifying opportunities for sales process improvement
- Providing essential feedback on competitor analysis, market trends, and customer insights to the management and sales teams
- Ensuring high service satisfaction levels and timely customer service delivery
- Representing DKSH in sales and marketing functions and contributing to special projects as directed

To be successful you will possess:

- Proven experience in customer-focused sales, preferably in FMCG and grocery sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Publisher
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and utilise sales systems, scan data, and trade mathematics effectively
- Enthusiastic about achieving results with a pragmatic and 'can-do' attitude
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic thinking abilities, experience with Circana, Neilson or Dunn Humby
- Capacity to inspire and engage others by articulating a clear vision
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment while managing multiple tasks effectively

This role comes with a vehicle and involves travel and may require overnight stays. A full New Zealand driver's licence is necessary.
