Property Brokers is seeking a dedicated **Operations Administrator - Onboarding** to join us on a **6-month fixed-term contract**.

In this role, you'll be pivotal in ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for our new staff members, facilitating their start with confidence and ensuring all systems are up to date.

At Property Brokers, we have proudly served the property needs of provincial New Zealand since 1986.

From humble beginnings with just five people, we are now a family of over 900 across 75 branches nationwide. As a company built on community values, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and innovation in every aspect of our business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **HR Coordination**: Handle onboarding, contract preparation, staff changes, and exit processes. Ensure all HR records and legal documents are meticulously managed.
- **Systems and IT Support**: Set up new staff in company systems, monitor relevant support tickets, and coordinate with IT for hardware requirements.
- **Marketing Integration**: Coordinate photography and bio updates, create digital signatures, and update profiles across platforms.
- **Process Improvement**: Maintain and update training guides and ensure best practices are applied throughout.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
High-level customer service orientation
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and an ability to learn CRM systems
- Excellent time management and self-organization skills
- Flexibility and adaptability within a fast-paced environment
