An experienced Rural banker, or account manager, you're a self-starter, keen to make a difference. With a genuine passion for NZ Rural business, you have strong relationship management skills. You know how to leverage your professional referral networks and intermediaries to provide quality relationship opportunities. Happy to flex, you enjoy a buzzing environment.

With great communication skills, you're a pro with:

- 5 years' experience in a Rural Relationship Manager role
- Rural banking experience
- Experience working in banking or financial services
- Tertiary qualification in a business discipline preferred
- Understanding of lending products
- Understanding of credit policy, regulatory and legislative requirements
